Data collectionYes, we collect basic telemetry—location, speed, and alerts—mainly for safety, theft and peace of mind. It helps us keep the car protected and the experience smooth. We’re not here to nitpick your trip, and we love spirited drivers, but dangerous or illegal behavior is a no-go. Everything is GDPR-compliant and stays between us.

What’s the deal with insurance?All our cars are fully insured. You’re covered for accidents, theft, and third-party liability. Unless you drive like a maniac—then you’re on your own.

How does the damage deposit work?We ask for a small €200 deposit. If everything’s in order, it comes right back to you. If something goes wrong, only the deposit gets deducted. The rest is covered.

What happens if I get a parking fine or traffic ticket?If you earned it, it’s yours, fair & square. But don’t worry, we’ll help you settle it fairly and clearly.

How do I cancel or reschedule?Cancel anytime before the start date, no charge. During your rental? Let’s talk. We're fair people.

Can I drive across borders?Yes. But let us know first. Otherwise, our security system might think you’re stealing the car. And that never ends well.
